“Pool was really nice. Clean and not too cold. A little bigger than some.
Staff was helpful and friendly. One of rooms next door was making a lot of noise at 11:30 at night. The desk person went to the room and advised them of the problem without naming me.
The bathroom had a TV. I have been to many hotels including the Ritz Carlton, Hyatt, Marriot and none of them had a TV in the bathroom.
You can tell how much a place takes service and cleanliness seriously when the managers are outside...
“The heat system was horrible. It was so loud to have the heat on but soon after you turned it off the room became very cold. The floors were so cold you had to wear shoes inside. It was extremely drafty around both the door entrance and the balcony doors. There seemed to be little or no thought for being environmentally conscious at all which seemed very odd in a national park. For the high price we paid this was nothing more than an average motor motel. ”
“Läget är magiskt. Vi hade rum med utsikt över sjön som var fantastiskt! Personalen i restaurangerna var supertrevliga, kompetenta och engagerade. Maten i Fairview och Wallister stube var fantastisk. Frukosten i Louiza var superb. Alpine Social restaurangen hör inte hemma på detta hotell. Den har tråkigt läge, sämre meny och sämre personal.
Rummet är superfint om än något litet. ”
