Your chef's kitchen awaits, decked in granite, marble, stone and steel. We equipped every bedroom with a Smart TV and Smart Bed and furnished your fenced yard with a grill, bocce court and patio seating. Soaking tub that easily works as a shower. Washer/dryer. King's guard. Throne.

Guests will have access to their entire side of the duplex, minus a couple of storage closets. We value the privacy of our guests, but are available by message or phone call if you need any assistance.

Living in Weinland Park offers residents an urban feel and convenience with the benefit of private fenced yards and a small community vibe. Residents tend to be young professionals. There are ample bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, as well as sidewalks with quick access to running trails.

Weinland Park is a development success story. The area is designated as an opportunity zone, helping to spur the revitalization of the historic neighborhood. Bus stops and running trails close by. Easy access to the highway - you get the benefit of proximity to the Short North without the Short North traffic.

CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later. CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM PARKING: If you are driving in, there is room for one car in the off-street parking behind the house. In addition, there is free on-street parking.

CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.

OTHER: This is a duplex, so you may hear noise from the other side of the unit. We are pet friendly, so there may be dogs on the other side of the low fence between units.

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. The only non-indigenous to Ohio stone used is Indiana Limestone to build the front steps. It was chosen because of its high concentration of embedded fossils. The bell tower was dedicated in 1915 and contains 25,000 pounds of bells that can be heard regularly tolling across campus. Encircling the top of the tower are 24 columns with gargoyle-like figures which are restorations of fossil animals.

Nice rental

Rental is in a good location. Seemingly safe neighborhood. We were in town for a soccer tournament and were close to the soccer fields as well as shopping centers/restaurants. Home was clean and we would book again.

Great Spot for OSU Graduation Weekend

Family of 5 with 3 college kids attending OSU graduation when everyone wants their own private space and uninterrupted sleep being a top priority. The beds were very comfortable; neighborhood was quiet, we had plenty of parking especially when we discovered there are off street spots in the back of the property. 10-15 minute walk to OSU, Starbucks and our daughter’s apartment. Host was communicative and accommodating and allowed us the check in early. Met all our needs for the price.

Convenient location

This property checked all of our boxes. It was an easy walk to campus and the stadium and close to restaurants and Kroger. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was perfect for the kids and dog. The house had a unique theme that was enjoyed by all.

Great location for campus

Great location for campus. A few block walk will land you at 11th and High street. House is well appointed with many higher end offerings-appliances, beds, fireplaces, etc. Easily accommodated a small family gathering we had. In good weather the fenced in backyard would be a bonus

Super house close to OSU campus!

This well appointed home is a perfect base to visit your OSU student and entertain! The fenced in backyard is private and perfect for grilling out! The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up dinner for friends and family. The 3 bedrooms were all inviting and clean. One of the closest homes we have found close to campus, over the last 4 years. Great communication with the owner, too!
