One bedroom is located on the main level of the apartment, while the second bedroom is tucked away in a loft-style third-floor space, offering added privacy and character.

Please note that guests must climb stairs to reach the apartment entrance, and additional stairs are required to access the main living level. Due to the multi-level layout, the space may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

FREE 24 Hour street parking is available directly alongside or in front of the property.

Towels, bedding, coffee, creamer, and sugar are provided. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and dinnerware (pots, pans, stainers, utensils, cutting boards, baking sheets, knife set, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, and plateware)

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment unit. The balcony is connected with an adjacent unit with a lattice fenced barrier for seperation. The upstairs units also share a fire escape entrance. The basement door remains locked for storage and is not able to be accessed by guests. The basement is a shared with another unit of the multifamily property.

During your stay hosts can be reached through app messages or by phone/text. We will be here to answer all questions before, during, and after your stay.

Parties and gatherings are NOT permitted.
The amount of guests staying in the unit should not exceed the amount of guests requested at booking and at no time should more than 3 guests be in the home. Guest counts may be monitored via external doorbell cameras. Please note management has a close relationship with local law enforcement and guests can be asked to leave at their own expense if any of the rules listed are violated.

When booking your stay please use valid and legitimate credentials. Please book with your full legal name, valid state issued ID, and a verified email address. It is against Airbnb's and our policy to book the home on the behalf of someone else or with the intention to sublet.

SMOKING POLICY
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property. We reserve the right to charge a $500 Smoking Fee in addition to additional cleaning fees and cost of future lost business if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.

PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in the property as long as they are listed on the reservation prior to your stay. We do charge a one time pet fee per booking. This is not a nightly fee. Additional damages or extensive cleaning caused by pets will be requested post stay if needed. We ask guests to limit animals on the furniture as much as possible to avoid additional cleaning or damages to soft materials.

*** We are now offering early check-in and late checkout options up to two hours before or after your stay for a small fee. This fee ensures we are able to deliver the same quality service on a shorter timeline. This service often requires brining in additional cleaning labor. Please confirm with your host as these options are based on availability.
