This newly-renovated two-bedroom, single-story abode is the perfect place to call home while visiting Columbus. As one side of a duplex, this home features an updated kitchen, a comfy living room, two spacious bedrooms, and a large basement for laundry and storage. The fenced yard and attached one-car garage add convenience to comfort. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood across from a small park, this location offers easy access to metro parks, highways, shopping, and adjacent towns.
Guests may park on the street, the driveway, or in the attached single-car garage with a provided remote opener. On first arrival, youâll enter through the front door with a keypad lock. Throughout your stay you may use the front door or the garage door. Both entrances lead to the brightly-lit living room with a stylish sectional sofa and 50â smart TV. Down the hall youâll find a newly-renovated full bathroom with tub/shower combo and two relaxing bedrooms featuring comfortable beds with fresh sheets, extra blankets, black-out shades, and clothing storage.
At the back of the house is the new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area hosts a table for four and a stocked coffee bar. The back door leads to the large fenced private yard with a patio and table set for outdoor dining. Past the kitchen are the stairs to the large basement with washer and dryer.
Northern Valley is a stylish and practical home perfect for families, friends, roommates, or coworkers looking for a comfortable and easy stay while visiting central Ohio. A quick drive to downtown Columbus, Ohio State, Westerville, Worthington, Gahanna, and New Albany, the houseâs location is as convenient as itâs amenities.

- Pets allowed on request with host approval, only for stays of 30+ nights with $200 pet fee per pet. Dogs must be crated when home alone. Any unapproved animal in the property at any time is subject to a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
- No Parties. This is a residential home, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. Only registered guests are permitted inside the property (visitors may be permitted if communicated prior to stay). Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. We do have cameras outside the home's entrances for safety. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $1,000 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, police may be contacted and act on our behalf. Thank you for respecting our community and for being a good neighbor. Maximum number of occupants for the property must not be exceeded.
- No Smoking on the property, no exceptions. This home, garage, and all outside space is non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping inside or outside, as the smoke can bother the neighboring units/homes. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $1,000 fine or collection if necessary and immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely. We strongly recommend that you not book this home if you or anybody in your group smokes.
- We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the unit for you to get your stay started. It is guest responsibility to resupply these items for themselves as needed during their stay.
- Our properties may also be monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around. Please refrain from any illegal activity on the premises.
- Exterior noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM as a courtesy to our neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
