Pool filled with pond scum. Everything to make coffee with except the coffee maker. No hangers in room, just rusty rings left as a monument to where they once were. Tub edge decorated with cigarette burns. One out of three light fixtures worked. At least the AC worked.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, the fixtures in the bathroom were hanging out of the wall, there were sketchy people walking all around the property, overall it was just terrible place! I would not recommend this hotel at all!

1) Multiple roaches 2) Known in Starkville as "The Crack hotel" 3) Did not serve promised breakfast in the morning. 4) Location has signs saying housekeeping will only enter upon request. But had housekeeping enter room and move belongings. 5) Shower took 10 + minutes to get hot. 6) Shower massively clogged / backed up. 7) Loose outlets and outlets with no covers. This is very unsafe. All this noted in 2 nights out of the planned 11 Had to move cancel the remaining nights and seek accomidations else where.

We had a very poor experience at this hotel. There were multiple roaches in our room, which made it feel unsanitary and unsafe to stay. Because of this, we ended up leaving early and driving home instead of staying the night. This was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this property based on the cleanliness issues.

I hate leaving negative comments, but the place is very ran down. The lobby and rooms had a bad odor, the refrigerator didn’t work, key to the room didn’t work either, also there was no batteries in the remote. The location is very convenient to the college, but overall if traveling with a family I wouldnt recommend.

Management was extremely nice, we got in late so late check in. We were supposed to have a suite on the 1st because I had surgery on my foot. Wright I’ll be on lunch end then tomorrow. To accommodate he gave us 2 rooms to accommodate not going upstairs. However, my room smelled like smoke everything in the room such as sheets and bedding and I’m allergic to smoke because it was so late and being tried I stayed in that room.room 111. Great people but the room was to the extreme Smokey.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property itself felt run down and dirty, and the room was even worse. The sheets had visible stains, the furniture was dirty and heavily worn, and the bathroom was not clean. Many things in the room were broken or in poor condition, including the TV and several bathroom fixtures. The entire room also had a strong moldy smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. While the air conditioner did work, it was extremely loud throughout the night. Honestly, if it had not been so late when we checked in, we would have left and driven back home instead of staying. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained and not a pleasant experience.

Do not stay here! I checked in and drove around to find my room. Many shady looking men were just lingering around outside and just staring at my car; felt very unsafe so I left and didn’t even stay in the room.

Our one night stay was last minute but the pictures on line do not describe the Quality Inn. We checked in and going to the room and using the key we encountered people were already in the room. Went to office and got a second room key to discover the a/c was not functioning properly. Tried to call the front desk and the phone was not even plugged in. No cord. I had to walk again to the office. Also bathroom issues with the toilet seat not properly attached to the bowl. We went to a lovely college graduation to this mess. For the price it should be much better than this. You should check up on the hotels before adding them to your list. Will not stay at any Quality Inn.

This is an old hotel in not good condition. The room, the bed and towels were fairly clean, but the floor was gritty. Plugs were old and the bathroom one was hard to plug into. Lighting was not good. There was no fan in the bathroom. The worst thing about this was how it was run. When we called to check for availability, the desk clerk did not communicate well. When we arrived we realized he was a high school student and though he was polite and helpful seemed too young to be managing a front desk. The lady who was there the next morning was terrible. We went for the breakfast about 20 mins before 9am but it had already been closed and cleaned up. The front desk clerk was on her phone with a personal call, didn't even look up and acknowledge us until we approached and then just quickly said "He gone. He cleaned up and left." No politeness. The night before when my husband went to get ice at the machine, someone had vomited on the floor in front of it. He went to the manager at the desk which was, at that time, an older man. The man sheepishly said he knew about it and needed to go clean it up. Not really an apology. Not a good hotel. We wouldn't recommend it.
