“Helt ok Hotell i närheten av Dulles. Tyvärr fungerade inte det med att beställa flygtransfer”

“We booked a room for five. We got a double bed and a bed sofa without any blankets and pillows. I asked the front desk how this could be a five bed room. She call and the staff brought us one more bed. I would expect a Hilton hotel to provide the bed without us asking as well as making the bed. We think that the double bed had old sheets (see the picture) and the ventilation was very dirty. I think this hotel could do much better. The breakfast is good but is as often in the US lacking...

“I needed to upgrade my room to a suite to accomodate my husband that was originally not planning on traveling with me (I hit a deer on the way and he came and picked me up and drove me to take our adult son to a surgery for his eye). The front desk was absolutely wonderful with being able to accomodate our last minute request. “The services from the employers was really good, very polite and helpful. The only backdraft was that one of the reasons that I booed it was for the restaurant. Well, not exactly a restaurant in my opinion, more a advanced snack bar. Anyway the food was excellent and also the breakfast. In the description of the hotel, it says high speed internet with cable, well time to update. They had wireless free of charge internet and it was very stable and good. Can't find any reasons to not stay here...

“After a long flight from Europe landing late at night it was nice to only have a short transfer bus to the hotel - make sure you go to the right place at the airport to catch the bus, and notice there are 2 Hyatt hotels so you take the right one. Check in was quick and easy - nice big room, it was like a small apartment, very nice if you stay for a while. Breakfast was basic but had all I wanted, nice do-it-youself waffle iron.
