“I was a single traveller, made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Room was small but adequate for a single person. En-suite was spacious. Mattress was a little firm for my liking. Fantastic location.

“Vistades på hotellet i fyra dygn. Vi hade rum 206 på hotellet. Vi sade till första dagen att alla kalkstensplattor i badrummet var lösa och att det luktade avlopp när man öppnade ytterdörren. Tror inte att badrumsgolvet kommer att åtgärdas och det känns oacceptabelt att de låter gäster bo i rummet.”

“I booked through Expedia and paid at the time of reservation (night before the stay). I was then charged again when I checked in. I’ve tried reaching out to The Star but with no response so it looks like I’m not getting my money back. Very frustrating!”
