A spacious house, in a quiet neighbourhood, only 200 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Lido degli Scacchi. Here you can breathe in the scent of the sea, mixed with that of the maritime pines . It is a place where the seaside holiday is complemented by the entertainment offered by the beach establishments: catering, beach games, dance and fitness courses, bowls and card tournaments...
We are also close to the Po Delta Park, which can be explored by bicycle, boat or on horseback, and to splendid cities such as Ferrara (50 km), Comacchio (6 km), Ravenna (30 km), Bologna and Venice (100 km).
Here you can easily get around on foot or by bicycle ( bicycles are available to guests ) and the 25 km long beach will give you long, relaxing walks.
The house is a semi-detached house, on two floors, with a beautiful fenced garden where you can leave the children to play safely while you cook at the barbecue and then dine around the table looking at the stars.
The house is accessed through a private courtyard and parking is only recommended within the property's fence.

Please note: on the main street, in front of the entrance to the house, there is a market every Tuesday. Therefore from morning until mid-afternoon it is not possible to drive through.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
On the ground floor are the living room and the kitchen with dining table. In another open room, which gives directly onto the garden, is the sofa bed and the bathroom with shower.

In a small room, under the stairs, is the washing machine with all the products for daily use.

Going up the stairs, on the first floor there are the two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds) and the second bathroom.

Each room is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan to make your stay even more pleasant.
