“We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great!
Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning.
Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future.”
“Front desk staff speaks good English for non-Spanish speakers. Room is clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure. VIP lounge breakfast and snacks throughout the day are good. 2 coffee machines and 2 Nespresso machines are awesome. Casino restaurant Oasis is very good, convenient, and priced well.”
“My one significant issue was around checkout. I had specifically requested and was granted a 12pm checkout, understanding the hotel had other guests arriving the next day. Despite this, I started receiving repeated calls before 11:30am asking me to leave immediately.
