“The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing.
If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

“Maten var under all kritik.Den var inte till belåtenhet. Till efterrätt var det t ex en chokladkaka som var torr som Knäckbröd!! Kaninköttet var torrt och seg!!
Frukterna vid frukost kunde vara mer nerskurna i små bitar.
Personalen var trevliga och även jacuzzin var bra.”

“The location and the fascilities are amazing at the Santre - thats what makes you want to comeback back again. Unfortunately the staff didn’t match up standard this time. A bit ignorant at dinner and not so present as you would expect at a five star hotel.”

“Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
The hotel is cozy and conveniently located on the road leading to many tourist attractions. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows.
The hotel offers easy access to the parking area, pool, and restaurant. Service was friendly and professional throughout our stay.
Breakfast was good, although not...
