The house was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable. The only thing is you better bring paper goods. 2 rolls og TP, no napkins or paper towels. The house was very empty.

Merci pour votre retour. En ce qui concerne le papier toilette nous 2 mettons 2 rouleaux par toilette soit 4 rouleaux pour votre séjour. Pour les serviettes de toilette par personne : 1 grande serviette de toilette 1 petite serviette et un énorme drap de piscine. 1 essuies main à chaque point d’eau et torchons à volonté pour la cuisine……à chacun d’apprécier si cela est suffisant.

We en famille dans le Bessin
Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables dans la maison de Laetitia. La maison est superbe et bien équipée. L'aménagement PMR nous a offert une option supplémentaire que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. La décoration est soignée et l'ensemble donne une sensation d'être à la maison. Des ballades sont possibles à pied même si l'accès aux axes principaux est simple. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, l'ensemble des échanges avec nos hôtes et la flexibilité de ceux ci. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Great place to stay
This property is a great location, clean and updated, and the property manager was timely and good at communicating! This house is close to Post En Bessin where there are many restaurants and shops. The property manager spoke English which was helpful for us. Very pleased with this stay! Would definitely stay again!

Best experience
We had a rough start to our trip. Arrived in Paris and missed our first train to Caen. This delayed our check in. The host was so fantastic and worked out an arrangement so we could check in later than expected. The location was fantastic. Right on the road you take to all of the D-Day sites. The house is in a small quite neighborhood. It is well equipped with all you need, very clean and modern. I am definitely thinking of coming back to this particular house in the near future to stay longer.

Maison moderne très agréable à vivre
Bonjour, Nous avons séjourné chez Laetitia durant les vacances de Noel. Nous avons découvert une maison joliment décorée pour Noel, très chaleureuse, très propre et très lumineuse avec ses grandes baies vitrées. La maison est située dans un petit lotissement, à 4 minutes en voiture du Port et d'un supermarché. Nous avons apprécié l'esprit cosy de la maison ainsi que ces belles pièces à vivre : grand salon avec une télé grand écran pour les soirées d'hiver, salle à manger, ainsi que la cuisine spacieuse. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison. Cécile

Superb house and excellent location
This is a super house in a lovely location. The owner was kind enough to let us charge our electric car in the garage. The house was beautiful cleaned, well furnished and equipped with a good pool area as well. A very minor hiccup at the start when the owner was going to charge 15€ for linen but once I indicated this should be included all was well. This was more than made up for by allowing us a late checkout as there were no other guests arriving the same day. Thank you very much and we will be back.

Vi havde et virkelig dejligt ophold i dette smukke hus. Vi blev taget vel imod og alt fungerede som det skulle. Roligt område. At vejret så også var perfekt efter vores smag gjorde oplevelsen endnu bedre.

modern french villa
The villa was everything that we wanted in a home away from home: well stocked and is centrally located to restaurants, grocery shopping, bakeries, sites: Mont St. Michel (2 hours) Dday beaches,Port au Bessin (5 min) Bayeux (15 minutes). It was such a joy to come back from sightseeing and relax in a beautifully decorated comfortable home sipping on cidre from the host's grandfathers farm. Be sure to download WhatsApp and Wayz for easy navigation and communication. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool more as we did have good weather just not enough time. Highly recommend 12/10

Absolute treasure
I wish I could give La villa des Cotis 10 stars! This place was amazing. It was immaculately clean and was way better than even the amazing pictures would lead you to believe. Communication with Latitia, the host was always prompt, helpful and cheerful. I highly recommend. You will love this place, it’s amazing.

prachtig verblijf
Topverblijf, zeer ruim huis voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Zeer modern, proper en voorzien van alle comfort. Ligging is ideaal om heel Normandië te ontdekken. Ligt naast Port-en-bessin: gezellig vissersdorp waar je langs de kust naar toe kan wandelen (3,5km) of via de weg (1,5km). Aanrader!

Sehr chicces modernes Haus, sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Super Lage zum nächsten Supermarkt, Tankstelle und zum Meer/Fischerhafen. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen! Gastgeber sehr nett und unkompliziert. Einziger negativer Punkt: Wir finden bei diesem Preis sollte die Reinigung der Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive sein. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefūhlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Herzliche Grüße

Merveilleux
Un lieu extraordinaire à tous points de vue. La maison est magnifiquement agencée, décorée, entretenue... Elle est très pratique, très bien pensée, très confortable. L'emplacement est au calme et central pour visiter la région. Last but not least : la gentillesse de la propriétaire et ses attentions qui font de ce séjour un moment extraordinaire.

Een grote Wouw!
Met een warm welkom en een plaatselijke Cider werden we ontvangen in een Villa waarvan je na Wouw eruit gekregen te hebben alleen nog maar sprakeloos om je heen kijkt vol bewondering. Alles klopte en was tot in de details goed verzorgd. Modern design in alle opzichten, super schoon echt helemaal te wouw. Een aanrader, het ligt mooi centraal om bijna alle leuke bezienswaardigheden gemakkelijk te bewonderen. Wij hebben in alle opzichten hier n top week gehad

Wonderful Three Nights in Commes
Beautiful and modern. Tremendous hospitality and care. Comfortable setting in an historical hotbed. The only disappointment was the chilly nights, which prevented a swim. Beautiful pool and outdoor area. If I ever return, I would stay there without thought. We loved it!

Great holiday in a fantastic villa!
We had such a lovely stay in this villa!! The location is great; a lot of d-day sites are a 10-15 minutes drive. The villa is incredible: luxe but cosy and decorated with a lot of style. The swimmingpool is the best feature: the large pool has a nice temperature so you can still swim when the Normandic sun is hiding somewhere :) A very friendly host as well. Had a lovely holiday !

Perfect and What a Base for Cycling
We found that the web site did not do justice to this fine property. Our findings exceeded our expectations. The interior was modern and dramatic with a unique ambiance. The garden was very interesting and was well designed. The pool is par excellence. Despite the surrounding properties the villa feels very private. A lovely, tranquil location yet so handy for Port en Bessin, Bayeux and D Day history. The cavernous garage was a bonus where we stored our bicycles. The local cycling routes are truly wonderful especially the Littoral. We desperately wanted to stay longer. Thank you!

It's a magical place
The picture really doesn't do it justice. It's a magnificent modern villa about one mile south of Port-En-Bessin and a few miles north of Bayeux. The villa is well appointed and stocked with a modern TV and was very clean. There is a grocery store in Port-En-Bessin, but we did most of our shopping at a much larger store in Bayeux which was just like a modern American supermarket. Bayeux also had a number of delicious bakeries, which we patronized frequently. The villa is approximately midway between Gold and Omaha beaches and is about a 2-hour drive from Mont St Michel. Laetitia was a very gracious hostess and was kind enough to meet us there on arrival and departure. I'm not sure what else there is to say - sitting by the pool in the cool evenings sipping cider while in the heart of Normandy - well, my friends, it doesn't get much better than that.

Superb vacation
The house is very modern and spacious, just 3min from Port-en-Bessin. The heated pool is a real asset in warm weather and we spent sunny afternoons on the terrace. We were warmly welcomed and received a concise explanation of all equipment. The communication with the owner to prepare the arrival and departure was easy and fast. Although the house is rather close to a departmental street, traffic was low during daytime (we were there in May) and almost no traffic during night. The house was very clean and offered lot of comfort for us. Our children loved the pool and available Netflix. Distances to Bayeux, Caen and Omaha Beach and Isigny were rather short (Bayeux max 10 min). The house was perfect for a spring break. Supermarket, gas station, restaurants and bakery are located in Port-en-Bessin. In summary, we really recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect base for the Landing beaches.
The pictures don’t do it justice. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and the home was wonderful. The home was very clean, modern and we had more than enough space. The area is very quiet and you have a market within 3 minute drive. The home is very close to the landing beaches. It’s also very close to Bayeaux. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit some amazing historical sites.

Wunderschönes Haus
Waren im März dort. Daher konnten wir leider nicht alle Möglichkeiten nutzen (insbesondere Pool). Das Haus ist sehr schön und reichhaltig ausgestattet. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht mit dem Auto erreichen.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer
The house was modern, sleek, and comfortable. Laetitia was extremely helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the Normandy beaches. We would love to come back later in the spring or summer to take greater advantage of the bicycles and to use the swimming pool.

La villa est magnifique, spacieuse, moderne, très confortable, sublimement décorée et idéalement placée. Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables à profiter de la piscine chauffée, à nous prélasser sur les transats et à visiter cette région marquée par l histoire du débarquement. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus mit herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Toller und grosser beheizter Pool. Das Haus ist hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet. Très agréable séjour.

Parfait de A à Z
Nous avons passé un séjour entre mamans célibataires et enfants dans la superbe maison de Laeticia. En période de confinement et de télétravail, c’était l’endroit parfait : un wifi avec un excellent débit permettant des visios et iPad connectés en simultanés, une piscine chauffée pour les pauses, et tout ce qu’il faut autour pour les balades et les courses. J’ai déjà recommandé la maison à mes collègues et j’y retournerai volontiers.
