âThe only problematic thing about the room was the mattress slid around on the platform bed frame. It was just me & I'm small, but it still moved around quite a bit. With 2 people, it would be a PITA. The room was clean & smelled nice. It was fresh looking & modern. Everything was clean & tidy. The staff that checked me in was just fantastic & so friendly. They knew I was disabled & checked to make sure I didn't need further accommodation. I just stayed the night prior to my early morning surgery...

âTrivsamt, rent och med bra lĂ€ge nĂ€ra downtown. Kollektivtrafik precis utanför dörren. SĂ€msta var "frukosten" - nĂ„gra mĂ€rkliga plastförpackade kakor och vĂ€ldigt Ă€ckligt kaffe. I övrigt vĂ€ldigt prisvĂ€rt!â
âstaff was very helpful with my stay. the room could have been cleaner. The bed was not comfortable very lumpy. The curtains did not close and the light shined in all night longâ
âI like that it was pet friendly and had breakfast included. Also the staff had good customer service, it was easy to Park and the room was really clean. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely come back.â

"Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.
Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didnât have time to use it. No information about this long closure until we arrived at the hotel.
Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess itâs because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we wonât be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isnât cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
