Inte vad jag förväntat
Jag kanske hade läst in mig dåligt, men hotellet var nästan obefintligt skyltat, reception fanns inte utan man fick följa med in på kontoret. Vi fick sedan en lägenhet i ett annat hus, 500m bort. Jag hade förväntat mig ett rum i en huvudbyggnad. Toaletten var jättefräsch, övrigt i normal till okey klass. Wi-fi funkade dåligt.

vänlig kund, kanske du inte läste bra innan du bokade men vi är INTE ett hotell utan möblerade lägenheter. följaktligen fick han exakt den lägenhet han bokade direkt från expedia, samma på alla bilder han såg på webbplatsen. tack för att du valde oss! hälsningar

In the middle of Old Como
Well placed hotel with good rooms/apartments. 5 min walk to the lake. No parking at the hotel, but 5 min walk from it. No elevator.

Great location
We stayed at Residence Diaz for two nights and was very satisfied. The room, or more apartment, included two rooms and a kitchenette, sufficient equipped. Perfect if you appreciate making your own breakfast. Staff very helpful and speak English. Within walking distance to most (Como is a small town).

The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very good location for a small “apartment style” hotel. Near to restaurants and shops, but a bit away from the lake, so more affordable and quiet. The property was a bit dated, but I found it very comfortable, slept well, and the staff were very friendly.

Very nice apt!! it does have Many stairs to climb and no elevator, but the host was very responsive and very helpful! Easy and convenient check in; really helpful that we could leave our luggage stored while they had our room ready! Offers earlier check in when possible! Top place and top host!

AC worked, but room was kind of hot. We were on the first floor, so it would get pretty loud at night. We woke up a few times in the middle of the night due to noise of motorcycles or people.

Highly recommend!
Such a great place! Me and 3 friends stayed for a night and the manager was the best. The beds were so comfy, the area was pretty good, and such great hospitality. Highly recommend

Great place to stay we loved it but the bins need emptying every day. The cleaner missed a service even though I asked her to come back in an hour which meant there was a smell and flies.

Perfect Location in Como City
Huge thanks to Residence Diaz for allowing us to check in almost 2.5hrs early. It was a huge help to our large family. The rooms were clean, air conditioning was great, and overall in a fantastic location. We would stay here again!

Loved this place! I stayed here as a solo traveller for four nights over easter weekend and it was perfect. Super close to tons of dining options, a grocery store about a block away and a kitchen where I could store fresh fruit and things as needed. It was about a 10 min walk to the ferry station to access the rest of the lake, and about 15 mins to the train station. Bed was comfy, and I stayed in room 10 so I had skylights i could open to breathe in fresh air. Everything was clean and worked well, I definitely reccomend. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful, would definitely stay again!

The place was nice and cozy. It was close by the lake and in the heart of the town so was easy to get around. The only problem I had was the wifi connection. It was really poor and would disconnect every few second.

Très bonne localisation à Côme
L'appartement se situe idéalement en plein centre historique, à une dizaine de minutes à pied de l'embarcadère et de la gare Como Lago (attention, ce n'était pas l'adresse sur l'annonce). Il est fonctionnel et bien organisé. Nous avons peu utilisé la cuisine, mais le frigo n'avait pas été bien nettoyé (seul problème de propreté rencontré). Point négatif : l'appartement est bruyant. C'est un ensemble de 3 appartements et nous entendions tous les bruits des voisins (conversations, douche, porte d'entrée, etc.).

Easy check in with good communication from the property manager. Self luggage storage was very helpful. Great area, less than 10mins walk from the edge of Lake Como with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and suitable size. Thin walls, but only noticeable if you have noisy neighbours.

Perfect for a family of 4
Super location, a walk from everywhere. All we wanted was a bed and a shower. Separate area for kids’ beds and they had a bed each, not a sofa bed. Tiny kitchen if you needed it, plenty of towels. Very easy check in/out process. Como so beautiful, we highly recommend the funicolare to Brunate and the climb to the lighthouse. Magic.
