Vista is five star luxury hotel & everything is immaculate from service, to the room, decor, linens, walk-in closet, bathroom amenities. It is a expensive & costly per night . The only comment I have is that it does not have a gym, I suggest that they should consider purchasing some gym membership from next-door hotel like for example the palace so that guests can use their facility if they choose to have an exercise gym area. The location is extremely convenient as it is facing the lake as well as facing the ferry station. You can walk easily to get a ferry ticket.

This hotel is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed. From the AMAZING staff to the AMAZING rooms and location. Wow I wish I could stay forever. Spend the money. It's worth e every penny! Thank you Vista Palazzo! Toy did not let down. ❤️❤️

Fantastic!!
2 females traveling for the first time to Italy. The front staff was very welcoming and answered all questions regarding our surrounding area: restaurants, harbor, etc. Our room was fantastic: clean and amazing products. The dining room at amazing staff as well.

Beloved’s hotel at city of love should be it name.
Many positives I want to right it about the hotel and I don’t know from where I should start , so I will start from the location which was perfect as close of the lake and faced it which gives the chance to have a room with a view of the lake, also the breakfast room was faced the lake and that gives us the opportunity to enjoy the views. Centrally located, not exactly in front of the lake and with a construction going on all day in front of the view which is annoying but tolerable, beautiful rooms and have nice details inside the room, in general good and friendly staff and the best of the Hotel: Alberto, which acts like a concierge an tourist guide and arrange amazing and espectacular experiences around the lake and is very responsive and friendly 100! Nevertheless, this hotel is really expensive , we payed more than 2000€ the night and the breakfast is limited, in fact it was the worst of all our trip in Italy, we had way better breakfast in our other 400-500€ hotels. if you want something more interesting like an omelette you need to pay extra. The hotel does not have any type of amenities, no gym, no pool , no jacuzzi, not even spa. They do offer massages at your room. Despite the staff is friendly , is not as “personalized” as it promise, except for Alberto who was amazing, no one knew our names and our tastes like other alike hotels we have stayed and having only 18 rooms, there is no easy communication with the hotel like Whattsapp for the guests included at all. The laundry service is just too expensive to be used , 20€ per every shirt, 7€ per every underwear, not like other hotels where it is by weight or bag. In general this would be a great hotel great if the night would cost 700-800€, if you can pay more go to one of the many resorts around. You will receive a lot more for your money.

This is a wonderful pampering hotel! Everything was super comfortable, the staff was so welcoming and nice and service was immaculate. Perfect location. We were upgraded to a beautiful and spacious mini-suite as Expedia VIP clients and also received all sorts of special amenities which added to our overall great experience. We will surely come back!

Do not overlook this incredible gem
Where do I begin?? What this stunning 18 room hotel lacks in size definitely overcompensates in elegance and outstanding service. From check-in through check-out we had the most remarkable tailor made experience and could not recommend this hotel more. If you ever have the pleasure of staying here take advantage of any of the butler escorted experiences. Alberto along w/ good friend Christian were the dynamic duo behind an unforgettable journey throughout and around Lake Como and surrounding villages. Suites are large sophisticatedly sexy and the bathroom is absolutely luxurious. Outdoor terrace in the restaurant overlooks the Lake. Absolutely a slice of Heaven. You will not regret staying here.

For a location in Como, this newer hotel is great. It's more of an upscale boutique hotel. Service was excellent. We stayed in a suite with beautiful views. Lots of hotels in this area are dated. This one feels refined and stylishly updated.

Beautiful location with great service
The hotel has been open for just a year and the quality of the fixtures and fittings is good generally. Unfortunately there are limited facilities, with one small restaurant / bar on the top floor, with two small outside viewing areas accommodating 6/8 people. Those in the restaurant or bar have very restricted views of the beautiful vista available to those sitting outside, making the area rather claustrophobic. The staff were exceptional though. As the temperatures were mid to upper 30’s for the whole week, their efficient a/c coped well and provided delightful refuge. The lack of outside space or a pool was surprising for such an expensive hotel but the site is cramped. The location otherwise is ideal. Parking was available at a sister hotel within 50m but at €35/d, they could have offered to clean the flies of the windscreen, if not wash it...Maybe they will take this on board.

Regarding your feedbacks about our facilities, our hotel is a renovated palazzo from the 19th century, when we turned the building into the hotel we didn't risk changing the structure to fit more facilities and settled of a rooftop restaurant and bar, with two terraces. We took note of your comment regarding the parking and we shared it with the staff and Hotel Manager, we always appreciate our guests' useful suggestions.
