Holiday home south of Cómpeta, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

As soon as you get here, a wide choice of comforts and facilities will surprise you and, above all, the panoramic views of the sierra and the Mediterranean Sea, which appears from behind the hills. You will make the most of any corners of the outdoor area, as well as you will enjoy the comforts provided in the splendid indoor area.

This house has recently been renovated and provided with all the equipment and details that make it the most idyllic place; here, you and your family will spend some unforgettable holidays.

Inside, you will find a modern and elegant ambience, which the owners have decorated with exquisite care for details and provided with all the comforts their guests might need. The living room, located on the right side of the house, features two full windows that open onto the pool area and let the light flood in, providing the perfect quantity of light. Here, you will have a sofa at your disposal, a satellite TV and two comfortable, rustic-style armchairs.

On the other side of the room, there is the dining table, featuring a mix of rustic and modern details (the hardwood structure with the glass top). The modern kitchen is decorated with fabulous tiles and equipped with all the kitchenware needed for a comfortable stay.

The house features three lovely bedrooms, with the same decor as the rest of the house. Two of them are equipped with a double bed, and one features two twin beds. Besides, two of them open onto the pool area via lovely French doors. The two bathrooms are provided with picturesque showers.

The whole house is provided with warm/cool air-con, and the living room is also equipped with a fireplace, located in front of the entrance door.

The staggering outdoor area gifts you with unforgettable moments of relaxation, which you can enjoy with your beloved ones. Wherever you sit, some impressive views will accompany you, and vistas that you won't easily forget. Outside, you will have a precious pergola at your disposal, where you can eat "al fresco", next to which a summer kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals and rejoice in the views at the same time. And, of course, you will find several seating and chill-out areas, with comfortable sun loungers and even a bank with cushions, ideal for admiring the panorama. Last, but not least, don't miss out on the magnificent private pool, in which the whole family can refresh and rejoice in the views. For a higher degree of comfort, the outdoor space is also provided with a separate toilet.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.
