âThe welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.â

âThe property is dated. The staff was very nice and responsive to our needs. The rooms themselves needed work, though serviceable. It served our purpose...a place to stay. Otherwise, nothing memorable except the couple of cockroaches we had as roommates, and the dated heating units were loud. â

âWonderful place. You can tell they take a lot of pride with this property. The room was really comfortable and exceptionally clean. The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. Iâd recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. Iâll definitely be backâ

âFriendly staff and check in. Our first room had a malfunctioning toilet so had to change rooms. Second room was better, refrigerator was not work on the second room. Renovations were on going so some construction noise was present as early as 8:12 am when we were assured that it would start after 9am. The beds and pillows in the room were new (feet like it). Overall, it was fine. I would consider a different property in the future if there was renovations on going. â
