Lady Elena is located in the center of Conca dei Marini , in the tourist area "Costiera Amalfitana" and only 5 km away from Amalfi. Casa Elena is a lovely property (70 sq m) that offers WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests, 1 comfortable bathroom and large kitchen area and living room large terrace with table, chairs and deck chairs for relaxing moments. distance from the sea (500 m). Near the property there are shops and restaurants where you can find fresh and genuine products. Bus stop at 10 meters. The house is accessed via a staircase with 50 steps, from the main road. Parking within 20 m. The beach can be reached on foot, even by shuttle bus.

This place was absolutely perfect, we loved our stay in Conca dei Marini. Sabatino was an excellent host and we were so grateful for his help on many occasions. Our Amalfi Coast trip would not have been so wonderful and enjoyable had we not been able to experience the peacefulness and authenticity this vrbo and village provided. As many reviews state, the location is amazing. The vrbo in just a few steps down from the main street of the quiet little village. The views from the terrance are amazing. Just below it is a peaceful little garden which makes the whole environment all the more peaceful. At night we loved the charming sounds of the restaurant at the top of the street, you could hear laughing and chatter and dishes clanking in the most perfect and peaceful way. About a 10 minute walk away is a great breakfast and coffee place called La Bottega del Corso, I would highly recommend. We also walked to the local market, Market L'Angolo Della Spesa Di Carrano Luigi for some groceries. Conca beach is so dreamy. We hiked down the stairs from our place and back up the first time we went, but this is very hard, I would recommend taking the shuttle to Conca beach, you still must take lots of stairs to get there but this cuts it down by at least half. Also be sure to do this on the way back. Although, the streets and views on the walk are very beautiful and interesting so if you do need to walk it is worth it nonetheless.

Nice place. Needs a little upgrading

The positives As mentioned in previous reviews the owner (Sabitino) is a nice guy and very helpful. If you are looking to immerse yourself in a small Italian village, this is the perfect spot. The Negatives The shower needs to be reconfigured. It only has protective covering on 3 sides so the bathroom floor gets very wet. The terrace needs a couple hours of work to make it much more appealing. Pull the weeds, trim the shrubs, clean up the scrap lumber and remove the broken furniture .

Ultimate location and amazing host

This little piece of heaven in Conca dei Marina stole our hearts. It is perfectly located! You have to climb just 40 stairs (this is a little amount in Conca) to get to the Main Street. There are restaurants, bars, convenience stores and bus stops nearby. This town is quiet and sleepy, but has good buzz in the evening. Our host, Sabatino, owns a wine store and information store - so amazing! He was super helpful with recommendations and bus routes, communicative and kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Note: Would not recommend this stay to anyone 6 feet or taller as shower will be too small for taller folks.

Heavenly spot

The location is a slice of heaven. Wonderful view of the sea; short distance to Amalfi city center. Sabatino is a lovely host and the property is spotless. There are two excellent restaurants within walking distance (one literally at top of stairs) and a cute bar Santa Rosa about a 3 minute walk away with the most delicious cornetti. I would recommend this place and hope to return.

Getaway in Conca Dei Marini

OMG ~ this area is exactly what we envisioned the Amalfi Coast would be... quiet, quaint, and quite friendly. Sabatino and his daughter, Nunzia, were amazing hosts. They were very helpful in assisting us plan our excursions. The private beach, Capo de Conca, was breathtaking. The town has an ATM, mini market, full market, and the best restaurant food. We are planning to return with our families in 5 years for a longer stay. We would highly recommend this area to future travelers.

Beautiful view, quaint town

First, I want to address the transportation getting to and from this home. If you use the Amalfi/Positano bus, you will have to climb 517 steps to get to the residence from that bus stop. It’s much easier to use the Agerola bus. From that stop (by the old Monestery on via Roma) you go down the street and down 50 steps. MUCH easier bus stop!! This home has a Beautiful view from the private front porch and is located in a quaint town. The host was very attentive and pleasant and easy to work with. Just a quick 50 steps up the hill are two local restaurants that have delicious food. There is also a great little grocery store, general store and bakery within walking distance. The home has plenty of space to move around and be comfortable. The bed was comfy and the washing machine worked great. They provide a huge drying rack. Downsides: The floors could have been cleaner. They had a significant roof leak that needed to be taken care of. It didn’t leak while we were there but the ceiling paint and drywall was flaking to the floor. Fortunately it was in an area where we didn’t have to walk through. Also, the shower is new-ish and small - it doesn’t have a door or curtain so the bathroom floor gets extremely wet and water puddles. We had to sop it up with a towel and wring it out several times after each shower.

Great Experience & Very Helpful Host

The house is perfectly as described and located in a great area for a quick pizza or a nice dinner out. Nunzia the host was extremely helpful, arranging scooters, bus times and taxis to Naples airport (also able to organise way more!). It’s in a great location for a quiet and calming week on Holliday. Would highly recommend 🙌🏼
