  • Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th $600
    (3 night Minimum)
    Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $550
    (2 night minimum, excluding holidays)
    Winter Rate September 16th – February 28th $350
    (2 night minimum, excluding holidays)

    All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.


    The spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath house will be the perfect place to start making your Frio Memories! This well-established rental in the Cypress Bend Subdivision, this beautiful rock home is the perfect place for your family time in Concan! The view from the front porch is “just what the Doctor ordered”, when it comes to the panoramic views, the sunsets, and beautiful Cypress trees along the banks of the Frio River. Having your own private path way to the Frio River adds to the value of PALOMA LINDA.

    To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guests the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

    What to Bring.
    LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
    TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
    CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
    PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
    SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
    BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
    Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

    We provide:

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very disappointing. We have been coming to the Frio for years and this is the worst house we have ever stayed in. And on top of that we paid over our budget thinking we had our own private walk way to the river but in fact we had to walk across the street and walk through someone else’s yard to the river which is very misleading due to the info on the website. The washer smelled horrible- the dryer took 2 hours to dry one small load- the refrigerator selves were broken- floors were disgusting- food smeared all of the the dinning room table when we arrived- shower doors broken- SMELLED LIKE SEWAGE INSIDE AND OUT. This house is way over priced for the quality.

We had booked Paloma Linda for last spring but Covid caused a change of plans. We were allowed to postpone the visit to this year without losing our deposit. Customer service is why we will continue to book our Frio vacations through Frio River Vacation Rentals. Paloma Linda is in a very nice and quiet gated neighborhood. We fed the deer every day with corn, were able to walk to the River which was across the street. The only hiccup was the dishwasher but that will be an easy fix.
