It accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 spacious bedrooms with ample storage: one with a double bed (160/200) and the other with a very comfortable sofa bed (140/190), plus a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.



Enjoy a generous 31 m² living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee maker. High-speed fiber internet, a smart TV with home cinema, and a washing machine are provided.



The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a high-standard building with a secure elevator for easy access.



Relax on two private, uncovered terraces extending your living space and offering peaceful outdoor spots. One terrace is west-facing and accessible from the living room (afternoon sun), while the other is east-facing, accessible from both bedrooms (morning sun until 3 pm), providing private outdoor access.



A private, closed parking space in the garage and a bike storage room are available. Street parking is also possible. Self check-in makes your arrival easy.
