"Took a shot bc of the great reviews. Ended up being a fail. Did not work for us at all. The room was freezing cold when checking in. Had to turn on heater. It was old and made the whole room smelled burnt. During the night it kept going on and off and had the noise level like an airplane engine. Every 15 min or so it came on and it was impossible to sleep. It also woke up my 6year old son every time. The fridge also made a terrible sound every 10min or so. They kept alternating throughout the night making it impossible to sleep. I did address the staff through a message during the night and directly the next day. They were super nice and accommodating. They switched our room to one with a newer fan, making the noice level a bit lower. Still hard to sleep with the fan noise unfortunately. The beds are super dense and hard. My whole body was sore after trying to sleep in it. All in all it was not a place where we will stay again. Unfortunate bc it has potential but rooms need a big upgrade. The positives are the amenities for kids in the courtyard, like golf and some games. "
