Ett rymligt hem med fantastisk utsikt över San Francisco Bay

Kom och njut av en Kalifornien solnedgång på däck och titta i dess bärnsten Mount Tamalpaise och San Francisco, eller koppla av i den privata anlagda trädgården i ett lugnt, exklusivt område. Fullt möblerat rymligt hem. Perfekt för en stor familj på upp till åtta. Här är några av dess funktioner och plats:
En 3 BR 2 BA (2000 kvm ft / 186 m kvm) hem. Två rum har queen size-säng och det tredje har full säng. Den sover upp till 8 (6 i sängar 2 på futon i full storlek). Nära BART (tåg till SF) (1 mi), Berkeley (13 mi), San Francisco (18 mi) och Napa (45 mi). Rymlig, ren och familjevänlig. Nära till restauranger och familjevänliga aktiviteter inklusive gratis tillgång till flera tennisbanor. Min plats är bra för par och familjer (med barn). Nära Wild Cat Canyon Park (1 mil) och Tilden Park (1 1/2 mi). Min favorit naturliga livsmedelsbutik och livsmedelsbutik ligger bara 3 mil bort. Kolla in deras pappas kardemumglass. En livsmedelsuperbutik (Safeway) ligger inom en mil. Mitt hem har alla grundläggande bekvämligheter du behöver inklusive internetuppkoppling (wi fi), direkt-TV med 250 kanaler. Köket har vad du vanligtvis behöver för att laga mat och förbereda för din familj och gäster. Massor av hotellstandard rena handdukar och sängkläder. Det finns egna moderna tvättmaskiner och torktumlare.

Amazing views from the hilltop gem!

Our family of five (adult kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The listing was accurate with an open floor plan, clean home, and spaces to gather, inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet, complete with a local market within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property! Fassil was great to check in with. Thank you!

Very Happy With This VRBO

We would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, convenient and clean. Close to BART, the Berkeley campus and multiple hiking trails in a wonderful park. The hosts provided a lot of useful information and were very responsive.

Perfect for us!

It was everything we needed and more. The courtyard and deck gave us options to enjoy the sunshine and incredible views and the spacious and comfy configuration allowed us to both catch up and find time and space for occasional calls that required time away from the group. The hosts were quick to answer questions and provide details we missed.

What a view in a family ready house

The view is spectacular and the home has plenty of room for family gatherings. The kitchen is well appointed and worked perfectly for our thanksgiving dinner for our family of 8. The dining room sat our entire family perfectly. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is upscale and quiet at night. The host was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. The only drawbacks are the water pressure and the lack of much hot water in the showers. The showering was a challenge to say the least. If this issue is addressed we would return again and again.

Fantastic Condo/Home

The Condo was Beautiful with 2 gorgeous super comfortable living rooms, 3 bedrooms with windows that could open, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful spacious kitchen and 2 eating areas. We loved the super comfortable sofas and the large screen T.V. The Deck overlooked the Bay, Mt. Tam and San Francisco and the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge It was Stunning! There was a lovely patio with a grill in the front and the living room doors opened to it. We felt like we were in someone's beautiful home. El Cerrito was a beautiful and safe area with lovely homes everywhere.There were security cameras on the condo and house lights popped on as we entered the driveway. Fassil was a wonderful host who answered our questions immediately. We can't wait to return the next time we visit our daughter who is Veterinarian in Berkeley. This is truly a Home away from Home! Thank You! Thank You! for a Marvelous Stay!!

Family time

The views were great and we enjoyed this lovely home which accommodated all our needs. We were there for a family reunion and this home was located in between two family member's homes making it a great location betweem Albany and El Sobrante. We would definitely seek out this home again when visiting the bay area.

Graduation Week

We rented the VRBO for about a week for the college graduation of our daughter. Location of the house is in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. House is clean and has 3 good sized bedrooms. Host response time for any email query was prompt. I would not hesitate to go back if an opportunity arose.

SFO gataway

Everything fine. Very clean. Quote neighborhood. Water pressure low as pretty much on top of the hills but a spectacular view from master bedroom and balcony. This rental is for the top floor of the building, there is someone living in the lower floor but as build on a hill you still have a yard to the front side and a spectacular balcony view from the backside (SFO skyline and golden gate bridge).

El Cerrito Stay

The house was great, a good location and wonderful location to all things the Bay area has to offer. The bedrooms were good size as were all the rooms. It was nice to be up in the hills and have great views of the Bay & city. Fassil was a wonderful host, he brought us a rolling pin as we wanted to make Xmas cookies and a CD player! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very well equipped. The Grocery Outlet store had great prices and was nearby. We would definitely stay again - we loved San Francisco!

Flatlanders visit the hills.

Our family took a trip to visit the Bay Area, and we were very excited when we arrived at this home. The view off of the balcony at the rear of the house is beautiful. Our host was so helpful and gave us tips on how to get around while we were visiting. The home was well taken care of, and all the items needed for our stay were in place when we arrived. Check in was very simple, as was checking out when we had to start on our way back home. I would recommend this home, and host to anyone thinking about visiting San Francico

Bay Area Getaway

Convenient location to get around the east Bay Area. Beautiful view of the city, Angel Island and some of the Golden Gate bridge from the back patio. House was clean and spacious. Good communication from owner.

Struttura carina, bagni da rivedere ( poca acqua dai rubinetti) camere vecchiotte ma comunque tutto molto pulito. La casa è ben collegata con la città attraverso la Bart che comunque dista circa 3 km. Nessun supermercato raggiungibile a piedi se non un piccolo market molto caro a circa 500 metri

Comfortable, large house with a great host

Fassil was a great, responsive host. We rented the upstairs portion of the house which we liked very much. It's quite scenic to overlook the bay. I'd definitely stay here again. One thing- we couldn't use more than one appliance in the kitchen at the same time as that would cause a circuit overload. Overall the house is maintained well.

Perfect El Cerrito Home

Once again our stay at Fassil's home was perfect, with the colorful sunsets and comforts of home. We generally made breakfast before our daily outings to visit our extended family in the area. We hope to be back.
