Great home for our family in a quiet neighborhood

My family of five (three teens) were in town for a family reunion. This house was perfect for us. Super clean, prompt responses from the host, fully stocked with kitchenware, quiet and walkable location with a park right down the street. We will definitely stay here again for our next family visit and I would recommend it to others.

Great Home away from home

We stayed at the property as a family of 5 and had everything we could have asked for. The home was well appointed for all needs and comforts, lots of towels, blankets, kitchen gear, basic food staples (salt, pepper, oil) and more. Would definitely stay here again.

Brother came from Spain, along with my 2 nephews. Had family visit from Sacramento and area. Had a chill 3 days, of family and just staying at the house and playing pool and cards. It was a blast! Also visited the city with my wife, son and family from Spain. Was everything we wanted.

Quiet, clen and relaxful

Quiet neighborhood, the home was clean and the entire house was user friendly. All bedrooms were upstairs, which is something to keep in mind with the very young, elderly, and those with knee issues.

The Place was nice. the family had funn with the pool Table and Ping Pong table. The TV was complicated and needed a password for ROKU, so we could not use our Other networks. There was not an information guide which was a small problem. Bed were comfortable.Since one couple was older it might have been nice to know that all bedrooms are upstairs.

Concord stay

We were in town to celebrate my nephew getting married. It was an easy stay and not complicated with rules and directions. It was clean. I especially liked the abundance of towels and blankets, etc. Management responded to questions promptly.

10 77 year old women having a college dorm reunion

The property was just right for us. Plenty of bed space, a well equipped kitchen and lovely walkable neighborhood. There are two step downs off the entry way. A bit of a hazard for us older folks who missed the step a few times. Stites and restaurants nearby as well.

We did not actually stay at this property, as our reservation was cancelled by the host/Vrbo at the last minute due to a plumbing problem which they termed "environmental issue." This was of course disappointing, but luckily we were able to find another house, which "Vrbo care" helped with. And I did get an instant refund from Vrbo. The host(s)/property manager Eric/Jovie had been very friendly and welcoming in all our communications up to that point. I am sure he was as surprised and disappointed as I was that his property was suddenly un-inhabitable due to the plumbing issue. We used to live in the area where this property is located, so I can speak to it being a nice neighborhood with plenty of walkable green spaces, parks, trails, and sports fields. In Concord there are lots of restaurants and diverse cuisines to choose from. One drawback is that you have to go through about 18 traffic lights to get from this neighborhood to the freeway I-680. BART stations in Concord and Walnut Creek are about 5-7 miles away from this house.

Perfect Easter Weekend

Our family of 3 adults had a wonderful time at the house. We were visiting family in Clayton, and this house was the perfect oasis for our trip. The house was as clean as advertised. It was large enough that we could spread out and enjoy. We walked 5 minutes to the nearby park and enjoyed a beautiful sunny morning walking the trails and taking pictures. The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any inquiries we had. Overall, we would recommend this house to everyone!
