“We had a great time here. The house and deck are beautifully furnished and maintained. The owner (Buffy) responded promptly to any emails or texts. Loved the two friendly outdoor cats (Tom and Murray). The nearby town is very small and quant. Ate at several of the local places and everyone was very friendly. Close proximity to Calloway, FDR National Park and Little Whitehouse. Highly recommend this VRBO!”

“The property itself was beautiful. Even had an outdoor sitting area for roasting marshmallows, are just sitting by the fire. The hosts were both very communicative and friendly. Inside the cabin, everything was very clean. Also supplied us with everything we needed. Everything super amazing only thing was the hot tub was very nice but didn’t super hot.”

“We rented the entire unit. It was perfect for our family. The cottage is in a great location. Walking distance to downtown. The best thing for me is that the king bed in unit A was so comfortable. “The cabin was amazing, we had a large group for the weekend. We spent part of the day at wild animal safari, which was a short drive from the cabin. Later in the day we had a late lunch on the spacious deck, the adults rested upstairs while watching the kids enjoy the yard. Later in the evening we watched the kids "snipe hunt". I would highly recommend this cabin.”

“There were a couple of issues although they didnt affect our stay. The property advertises a hot tub on the back deck (non functional) and the jacuzzi in the bedroom could only be used as a tub as the jets didnt work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The staff was informative, kind and helpful. We definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away for a little down time. 5 stars!”

“Very nice hotel staff. The hotel sits off the road with easy parking. THere are a few small places to eat in the area and very good BBQ at Mac's. I would recommend the showers have work done on them and the shower heads be replaces, very small towels that don't dry you off but more or less spread the water around. But overall a decent place to stay for the money. ”
