“Putting a rope to force people into a line just to get breakfast is completely ridiculous. It creates a long and unnecessary wait because people are still deciding what they want to eat while standing there. This is simply bad management and poor planning. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen such a poorly organized breakfast setup. It honestly feels like you are trying to discourage guests from eating there. “The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off.
