âThis place is stunning! Itâs so well cared for. The gardens are beautiful. Itâs so quiet and the bed was comfy. The rooms are very spacious, even the bathroom. It was perfect for us. The directions were very clear. Andy communicated very well, we felt very comfortable with the timely texts. Just perfect. Really, stay here, donât even question it. â

âVery badly maintained area around the building. Barns and other buildings in various state of decay. Untidy is a word describing the situation outside the main building. First room offered, the cheapest, was damp, a strong smell of mould and in need of a touch up.

âSpenderade en natt pĂ„ De la Place i juli 2015 under en bilresa genom Frankrike. Personalen pĂ„ hotellet och pĂ„ den tillhörande restaurangen var vĂ€ldigt trevliga och oerhört tillmötesgĂ„ende. Det enda negativa med övernattningen var den nĂ„got motbjudande lukten pĂ„ hotellets bottenplan.â
âThe owners were lovely and very welcoming with off road parking provided within the grounds. The whole building was full or character and very stylishly decorated to a high level with a selection of D-day memorabilia and information in the dining room. There was a good breakfast included of Croissant/Pain au Chocolate/Pain au Raisin and bread, preserves and cheese together with hot drinks and juice. A particularly nice touch was a selection of chocolates in the bedroom. Would certainly recommend...
