“The toilet seat in our room was loose and when my son sat on it the seat went sideways and broke. I notified the front desk and the staff were courteous and willing to take care of it right away. Great staff! ”
“Great hotel, great service with Valet and getting to the room. Clean and tidy. Nice room, silent, AC was et to 66 F which to us Europeans is freezing - but that was easily solved.
The only setback was the elevators that took forever in the morning

“Very clean rooms! the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and cordial. The lobby itself is very retro and chic. The king bed my wife and I slept in was so comfortable! And our view we had on the 21st floor was Jaw dropping :) perfect for going to a football/baseball game and exploring local restaurants! “The room was spacious, well-lit and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and gave me excellent recommendations for places to eat around town. I do wish someone had come in to make the bed daily but that's my only feedback for improvement. I would highly recommend staying here!”
