âAn all round excellent hotel.
Safety - safe area, car park is secure with cctv covering it. The building locks at 5pm and a card is required to access it.
Location - just fantastic. A short distance from major locations. The hop on hop off ticket office is located in the building and stops right outside so itâs an excellent way to get around the city and see all of the landmarks.
Staff - phenomenal and went out of their way to assist.

"Great and nice security people.
Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person.
Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order.
Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "
