“Room was very small, AC didn't really work and the only window faced the hallway. Very unfriendly staff at times. The person who checked us in kept talking on the phone with someone, sounded like a private call. Inappropriate and at the same time hard to know if the staffer was talking to us or to the person on the phone. We had no water pressure for the first couple of hours, something they referred to eachother as 'the tinkle' but never really explained to us. Water pressure returned later...

“The comforter was soiled with hair and yellow stains. When we took the comforter off the bed, there was no top sheet. So nothing to cover ourselves while sleeping. There were no extra sheets and not even a blanket. In the bathroom there were no hand towels and just two wimpy bath towels. When we arrived there was only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no extra. We got there at night and were only staying for one night so no time to buy anything. The couch looked like it was from 1970 and was dirty....

“This is at least my fifth or sixth time staying here. The reception staff are always polite and friendly. The rooms are consistently clean. My car is the appropriate size for their garage. It is very convenient and I appreciate the in/out privileges. The area is up and coming. Very close to the center of University city. I would recommend 4211 suites to everyone ”
