Hotell nära Congressional Country Club

“This is a facility geared towards leadership work shops and conferences. It is a big campus,well cared for but not a typical hotel stay. I suspect I was one of only a handful of overnight guests for this date. Even though it felt a bit remote I felt quite safe. The room was perfect, the bed comfortable, the bathroom modern. I will definitely stay here again.”

“Rooms are terrible. Needs maintenance and renovations. Not a hotel you’ll feel comfortable in. Toilets stopped flushing middle of the night. Had to fix myself. Not a good experience. First time had a bad experience, gave it another try. Second time even worse experience. Done with the Westin, will be looking at other properties for my stay going forward.”

“Room was exactly as expected for a 3-star hotel. Everything was decent and definitely worth the money. There are 2 main drawbacks. 1: the ACs in the rooms are LOUD. When it turns on there are 3 LOUD clicks, and then a big crash when it turns off. I could not sleep at all and had to turn the AC off fully on my last night so I could sleep. 2: water bottles are only free for silver members??? Understand coffee and snacks not being free but charging $2.5 for a water bottle is a new level of cheap....

“Everything was good except the breakfast. The breakfast served on Friday 5/30 was not worth 19 dollars. It’s weird there’s not complementary breakfast considering what was served. Breakfast was better on Saturday but still, 19 dollars? ”

“The staff were excellent. But this establishment is run down. You pay top dollar, but no internet included. The dental kit has no toothpaste, you have to ask for that seperately. The maintanence guy had to fix both toilet and shower for it to function properly. The faucents in the lobby bathroom are ice cold to wash the hands (to save money). Every portion of the hotel is maximizing to give you as little value as possible for your stay which is not what you expect from a Ritz establishment. The...

“Front desk staff is most excellent. I've worked as a front desk clerk and I know what to expect, so giving this team an excellent is not without professional knowledge. We were a family travelling and had several needs and the staff worked to accommodate all of them. We will always choose this location when needing to be in this area. :)”
