Close to the beautiful coves of Roche, Conil, this newly renovated ground-floor apartment is part of Villa Mayo, a small complex of 5 independent apartments in a peaceful, family-friendly setting.



The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed and equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a private furnished terrace with a charcoal barbecue (when wind conditions allow). It accommodates up to 3 guests (maximum 2 adults and 1 child), and includes Wi-Fi and TV. Guests have access to the pool and outdoor areas, usually available from May to November. The nearest beach is 1.7 km away.



Important information: Parties, bachelor/bachelorette events, and noisy gatherings are not permitted. Villa Mayo is designed for couples, families, and guests seeking a quiet, respectful atmosphere. Pets are not allowed, but you may inquire, as exceptions can sometimes be made with prior approval.



Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval. If approved, these options are available for an extra charge. Staying beyond the check-out time without prior authorization may result in an additional fee. If such a delay prevents or hinders the preparation of the apartment or the arrival of the next guests as planned, the deposit will be withheld as compensation for the inconvenience.
