The cozy holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace and cable television. A fenced private pool with 2 hammocks provides for a pleasant refreshment and relaxing days. End a perfect day with a barbecue in your private uncovered terrace, or read a good book under the shade in the shared, covered terrace.The closest restaurant is a 3-minute stroll from the property, but there are many other shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the lively city center of Conil, just an 8-minute drive from the house. The closest beach, Playa de la Fontanilla, is 1,3 km away (a 4-minute drive or a 13-minute walk), but there are many other beautiful sandy beaches nearby, such as Playa de Roqueo (1,4 km or 5 minutes by car) or the popular Playa Los Bateles (2,6 km or a 6-minute drive away).



One parking space is available on the property. Parking on the street is also possible.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is on the same piece of land as 3 other properties and shares the parking area and entrance with them. The front porch faces the shared area.
