Outside there is a covered porch with outdoor furniture, and a nice fenced pool which makes it ideal to go with children, plus outdoor shower and garden area with barbecue.

In the area where the villa is located, there are less than three minutes from the town center by car, you can also go to the various beaches in the area with a journey of eight to nine minutes by car.
