On the garden level, you'll enter through the large 110m² living room, which includes a lounge area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen area. There's a shower room with a toilet.
You'll access the upper floor via a mezzanine with a relaxation area, followed by three bedrooms: one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190cm) with two fixed 90x190cm mattresses, one bedroom with a 90x190cm bed and a 90x190cm bunk bed, and one bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190cm) with two fixed 90x190cm mattresses. There's a shower room and a separate toilet.
Baby equipment available upon request: travel cot, high chair. An old watermill in the heart of the Purple Périgord, in the "Pays des bastides" (Bastide Country) in the south of the Périgord, you can visit the bastide towns of Monpazier, Eymet, Issigeac, etc. You will be 20 minutes from the old town of Bergerac, which has preserved traces of the past (half-timbered houses), and you can also enjoy a gabarre ride on the Dordogne River.
You will stay on a property of two houses with a private, unfenced 500 m² garden with cats and chickens, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
The back of the mill is at your disposal with access via footbridges. The edges of the millraces remain natural, therefore not safe for a child.
