Nestled away just minutes from the downtown area as well as the sparkling waters of Conneaut Lake, our cozy two-bedroom home is more than just a place to stay—it’s a space where memories are made.

The story begins the moment you pull into the driveway. The charm of the home greets you with a gentle whisper of welcome: fresh air, towering trees, and plenty of backyard space to hangout, have a fire, and for the kids/dogs to play. Whether you're here for a quiet weekend, visiting friends, or a summer vacation with family, this house is your perfect home base.

Step inside, and you’ll find a bright, open living area with plush seating—ideal for curling up with a book, playing board games, or enjoying a movie night after a long day on the lake or exploring the area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for everything from a quick breakfast before your days adventures, to a home-cooked dinner featuring your latest local and farmers market finds.

The two bedrooms are simply decorated to offer rest and relaxation, and have large closet space to accomodate any duration of stay. One features a queen bed and a futon, while the second bedroom offers a queen with another optional blow up mattress on hand.

Outside, the magic continues. The backyard invites you to fire up the grill, gather around the fire pit, or just relax with the sounds of nature. And when it’s time to explore, the lake is just a short walk or drive away—ready for boating, fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing on the shore.

This area has a large variety of bars, restaurants, and attractions to keep you busy during your visit! We have some resources on hand after you check in for you to take a peak at, so hopefully we can point you in the right direction!

very clean and comfortable home. loved all the plants. nice area for dog and I easy to have the dog with us.our only comment , not really a complaint is the small coffee pot .would have been nice to have coffee( enough for a pot or two) and tea available. that said Sheetz is very close. we would definitely recommend. The price , convince and comfort make it a place we will surely rent again

Was great having our pupper with us, single floor, easy in/out, loved the plants! At home, we can’t keep our senior, Frannie, off the couch, so we covered the couch and she made herself right at home napping…..obviously she was quite comfortable right away.

The internet worked fine but for some reason the TV did not want to work at times. Maybe the remote just needs new batteries. The appliances are very noisy and the hot water has a strong sulphur smell. The beds are comfortable and we appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry machines on site.

It was a great experience with one minor detail. There was a smell in the house when we got there, we thought it was the AC unit, but we later found out it was the curtains with a strange smell not necessarily bad just strong and different.

Great few days in this rental. It was a great location tucked in a quaint neighborhood off of the main road. Furniture was comfortable and the house was well taken care of. It was as described in the description. If you're looking for a bit more room in the Conneaut Lake area, this is a great choice.

Clean and nice property, 15 minute drive to Meadville and Pyma. Everything was as described on a main Road. We checked in late and he allowed us to check out late. Only issue was the water pressure is low and 2 extra beds ( bring extra padding for futon and the blow up matress needs a car lighter to inflate). Would stay again knowing what is needed for 5 adults to sleep comfortably!

Convenient location

We stayed at this place for a last minute 4th of July weekend get away. Our little family enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials, location is about 5 minutes from the lake.

What a Great House!

We came to the area for a graduation party and could not have been happier with the house. The house is well supplied with dishes, paper towels and bath towels. All of these things are very important when traveling with a one year old and toddler. They also take pets which was great for us! The house was clean and check in was easy. The location is close to the lake but not on the lake and only a 15 minute ride to Meadville. Overall we found this to be perfect for our stay and would definitely stay again.
