“Second time staying here and once again has a very nice experience. Only comment would be it would be great if the pool could be warmer the room is so dark and the windows from the conference room to the pool is weird since people could watch you without your knowledge. Otherwise rooms were clean, staff was pleasant and bonus is the restaurant at night definitely get the pasta”

“Very dirty place. It looks ok but was filthy. We got to choose from two rooms, and at first glance it looked ok. Very dirty floors, hairs from previous guests shaving around faucet, dirty shower curtain, my child itched all night and I hope it was not bed bugs- we slept with the light on rest of the stay… Dirty kitchen table and fridge, steep stairs and no elevator. Insects stuck in bathroom ceiling, very loud AC, lots of trash outside the door, the office was in such a mess etc.”

“It's affordable for a reason. There are pretty questionable people staying there and it seems like they also serve as a shelter. Beds are comfortable though and it was quiet.”

“The beds were great. The tub had not been cleaned (so we opted to shower when we got home). The people next door had a dog or two (hard to tell) that barked and whined often. We did not get much sleep. Someone in a different room pounded on the walls (meaning "shut your dogs up.") If it was a longer stay we would have requested a different room. When checking out no one was at the desk. There was a sign "be right back" so we left the key in the key box and chose not to wait. We will not...

“They did not clean or gave towels we were there four days. The wall around the air condition was rotted. The sink faucet was broken did not know which side was hot or cold. Hallways was dirty. Complimentary breakfast was real bad. No food.”

“Positives: Staff was friendly. Check-in went smoothly. We got a deluxe room with 2 queen beds. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable enough. The water pressure in the shower was also good. The pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed it. There is a diner right next door. Negatives: Everything was worn. There were marks on the walls that weren't repaired.
