“Good stay during Covid”

“My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. ”

“Extremt lyhört från andra rum. Barnfamilj i våningen över. Stampade i golvet, sprang runt i rummet, grät (läs: skrek) i stort sett hela natten.”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“The room was exceedingly clean, remarkably so. That was good. However there was such a strong air freshener / cleaning product smell that it was hard to breathe and I had to take allergy meds. This makes me not want to stay here again, despite the impressive cleanliness. The windows did open, but only one stayed open on its own. The blackout / privacy curtains were not designed to close and the thin curtains were not enough to insure privacy, had to change in the bathroom. I was able to charge...

“Our stay was great from beginning to end. Staff was very attentive. Room was clean. Only thing I can say breakfast can be a little better. ”

“This place is a dump. TV wouldn’t stay connected to the cable, kept having to unplug and replug. Landline in room had no dial tone. Blow dryer in room didn’t work. I was supposed to get free parking while I was traveling but they charged me $8 per day. They said it was because I booked through expedia. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I will never go there again. Avoid this place!!!”

“Parking was good... plenty of restaurants around.. room smelled of stale cigarettes.. NO sheets on bed.. just a light blanket that was very stiff. Shower was clean.. planes landing at Bradley Airport flew right overhead Was alittle scary. ”

“Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay”

“The Inn and the innkeepers were lovely. The decor is quirky and elegant at the same time. Every convince is thought of. The fireplace in every room is a fabulous touch. We can’t wait to visit again soon”

“This was quite possibly the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. This was a prostitution ring.. in and out all night long we could hear people having sex in every room it was a disgrace I want my money back and I'll be calling management tomorrow”
