“Enter the lobby and you are overwhelmed by a spray air freshener! Like getting sneezed on by a bathbomb! Horrible Manger was rude and not helpful! I arrived to check in and there weren’t any rooms available! I asked how and she just said we ain’t got no rooms….I had to scramble to find a place to stay that weekend! Will never return or recommend!”

“Room had no Microwave - no mini fridge - no toiletries - Room had been a King Deluxe previously - then converted to a standard double. Stay in Boston, MA (Red Roof Woburn) was same type booking and had all expected amenities - Red Roof Chain now off my list of acceptable places to stay when I travel in the future. Too many better choices in same standard Class rooms to choose from ”

“Outside was very run down. Walking in the lobby looked nice. They did not have the room set up that I reserved so that was a bad start. When we did get into a “comparable” room it had some issues with the baseboard moldings peeling away and upon inspection the mattresses were not pleasant looking at all. We were on the ground floor and within 10 minutes a couple of items hit our window and someone actually ended up knocking on our window which was a shock. It turned out to be a hotel guest who...

“It’s a good hotel, my room did smell funny, even the hallways toward my room had a smell, the bathroom was pretty clean for the most part and the room was kept pretty good also, for some reason the sheet I had on the bed smelled like piss”

“It was close to airport. Rooms looked rather worn. There was no breakfast as advertised. They also took a 100 dollar room deposit which I'd better get back. Is this fee legal?”

“Entire facility needs an update. Just feels dated. Rooms are great! Old spring beds squeaked. Old AC units loud. Ice machine didn’t work upstairs. Overall a convenient stay. Good rate. Good staff. Clean and well presented. Excellent location for the airport. I will stay again.”

“The room was not clean. Stains on blankets. Bathroom door was filthy and the tub had dry dirt down the side. For the $241 for one night, it was not worth that. Made it had to enjoy the free breakfast with the lack of cleanliness.”

“Was great except every time I tried to get in my room the key card wouldn't work and I had to go to the main desk to get it fixed”

“The room had cobwebs in every corner, wall paper peeling off the wall, furniture broken, door to the room was broken, the rug was coming up, tv didn’t work. They don’t clean your room daily and do they not bring new towels when you request or care that things are broken or don’t don’t work.”

“The place is dated but staff were very friendly. Carpet in room looked new and bed was comfortable and clean. Needs work in other areas. Couch and chair had stains and a smell, definitely needs to be replaced. They did indicate they are doing renovations so hopefully those things will get done. ”
