“Loved the room, opening the door and a scent of new and clean is first impression. Stylish, comfortable room and bathroom, liked that the hall area wasn't covered in carpet. The breakfast had all the things you'd expect, Irish brekkie, fruits, bread and pastries etc. Location was really good, easy to reach by car and then just a few minutes walk into central Galway. ”

“The Lodge at Ashford Castle is a beautiful option for those wanting to stay near the castle but not pay the exorbitant price to stay in the castle. It was comfortable and charming and has everything you need, you have access to all the activities and you can walk the entire grounds and get beautiful photos of the castle. The breakfast is also delicious! Keep in mind that the Lodge guests can’t go inside the castle at all unless you are dining at one of the restaurants.”
