You can literally sit in a chair and fish from the porch. Remember, we are located just steps away from the bulkhead where you can tie up your boat and almost walk into the condo!

If you are planning on bringing your boat, you will need to let us know in advance so we can help secure you access to the Walden Yacht Club ramps and a tag for your trailer. This does require paperwork to be completed several days prior to your arrival so do not hesitate. Also, The Deed Restriction Office that issues the passes is only open during the week. Remember that we are first floor direct walk out to your boat and you can TIE UP YOUR BOAT RIGHT OUTSIDE THE CONDO

⛱ BOAT RENTALS ⛱
If you are looking to rent a boat, jet ski, or paddle board, you are in luck! We have rentals just down the street from the Condo. Contact Einstein’s Ship Store and remember, you can tie up on the bulkhead right in front of your first-floor condo and enjoy walk in walk out conveniences!

⛱ NEED TO DO SOME WORK ⛱
Come set up outside on the porch, sit by the fire or relax with a cup of coffee at the dining table. And if you need to print, we have a wireless printer in the bedroom closet. Just bring it out, set up and your good to go!

We are located minutes from the Walden Yacht Club & Community Center inclusive of: Yacht Club, Jack Club, Fitness Center, Fitness Pool, & Racquet Center and yes, WE PROVIDE FULL PASSES TO GO AND ENJOY ALL THE RESORT AMMENTIES. We are also a short 2 miles from the world famous Margaritaville Lake Resort and Spa. Whether its boating, fishing, dining or golfing, we have it all. We have municipal golf courses within miles along with the award-winning Walden golf course.

Fourth of July Weekend: The fourth is spectacular here on the lake. The Walden yacht club puts on a firework display that rivals the events of major Texas city displays. And the view of this extravaganza is perfect at PARADISE COVE. Sit on the porch, pop a beer, turn on some music and enjoy!!!

FREE Parking directly in front of our condo. For safety, a gate code is needed to access certain parts of the complex and we will provide a separate code to enter the condo with all codes being provided the day of arrival. Check-in is 4pm; Check out is 11am.

*** Pet Friendly*** This is a NON-SMOKING Condo, and up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee of $125. Pets must stay in their kennels when they are in the home unattended. We require that all guests clean up after their pets and we provide doggie bags off the back porch. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. ***Please understand the fees and rules prior to booking*** Thank You!!!
