Vacker stuga i historiska centrum och nära högskolor

Förtjusande stuga helt uppdaterad år 2018, ligger på en lugn gata i hjärtat av det historiska distriktet och ligger inom gångavstånd från Conways livliga centrum med alla sina restauranger och butiker. Denna mysiga stuga ligger bara 1 kvarter från Central Baptist College, 5 miles från University of Central Arkansas och cirka 1 kilometer från Hendrix College. Detta hem har ett fullt utrustat kök med kvarts bänkskivor och rostfria vitvaror. Dessutom finns det trägolv i hela hemmet, en plattskärms-smart TV, WiFi internet och ett tvättstuga med ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Vår stuga är perfekt för föräldrar att besöka sin högskolestudent, alumnae som går på skolaktiviteter, flickornas helger, lokala familjer som behöver extra utrymme för familjer under semestern, familjer som går på bröllop eller affärsmän som söker en mer "hemma" -plats. This is our 3rd time renting from these owners (excellent people!) and the 1st time staying in this adorable French Country cottage. It is beautifully maintained and has all the amenities you could ever want. The check-in was super easy. We had a wonderful stay.

This property is perfectly maintained and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable featuring nice linens. It was just what we needed for an extended stay. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. I’d also note that this property is CLEAN, they do not use artificial fragrances or plugins, its smells fresh naturally. I plan to stay here or at another property owned by this host when visiting Conway again. It was an exceptional experience.

Perfect get away

Great house And great hosts! The house is super cute and clean. The house was stocked with all the necessities and more! The area is so cute and just a few minute walk away from some adorable shops. This is the second time we’ve stayed at a house with these owners and will be back every year!

Very welcoming and very well equipped home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated, well equipped and very comfortable home. Anything you could need was provided, the beds and towels were so comfortable and the space was perfect for our family to spend quality time together. Charming Cottage stocked with EVERYTHING!

We loved the pictures of the home and couldn’t imagine that it could possible be any cuter in person but we were wrong. The cottage is absolutely gorgeous in person and the owners truly have thought of everything. We were treated with a personalized card, muffins from a local bakery, and basket full of goodies. The place is stocked with everything you would ever need for an easy care free stay away from home. We wish we could give this place 100 stars because it was truly deserving.

Belated Family Christmas

We stayed to be near extended family to see all for our family holiday celebration. The house exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably decorated in French country style and had lots of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything I needed as well.

Home for Thanksgiving

Truly Awesome!

This home is sooo welcoming!! It is beautiful and comfortable and luxuriously accommodating. We were there to attend our Granddaughter’s wedding, and we had plenty of room to gather and catch up with family and friends. The beds and linens and quiet neighborhood provided good rest. We were just blocks from Conway’s old town area, and enjoyed the restaurants and shops. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this lovely home and gracious host. Now that we’ve found it, we will be returning!

Beautiful and so very comfortable

Beautiful property, so clean and comfortable and gorgeously decorated. Beds are so comfortable. We’ve stayed at this property many times and yet it looks brand new and the owners are the best! Perfect Cottage

We live in Conway and needed a place to stay while our house was being remodeled. The cottage was a perfect home away from home for us. Laura was a perfect host and even let us extend our stay when our house wasn't finished on time. I'm so grateful to her for this. The cottage is supplied with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Everything was so luxurious especially the bed and linens. The decor was fabulous. I would suggest staying here anytime you are in Conway or even a getaway.

Great house

This house is really cute and in a very convenient location. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is a pull out couch that I didn’t remember reading in the description. It sits in a room with a sliding barn door just off the living which was a perfect spot to put the kids. This house easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids.
