“I’m torn about this hotel. The property has a very good location, the rooms are nice enough with comfortable beds and a roomy, well-lit bathroom, and the breakfast rather good. However, we experienced a lot of issues during our stay. We had to change rooms several times during check-in since our assigned rooms were dirty, and the room we did end up with had a loose toilet seat and stained towels and sheets. “The experience was great even during the snow storm we received. Staff was all there, breakfast was always ready in the morning and they had shovels available outside to those who needed to use the to get cars out. ”

“Room was spacious and clean, very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good and food was plentiful. Dinner options were very limited but there are restaurants nearby and the bar in the hotel was well stocked and prices were reasonable.”

The staff, Phillip & Manager Angel, worked to make my stressful circumstances change to wonderful stay. Highest rating for customer satisfaction.They both were Angels.
