Charmig 3-sovrum bungalow belägen på landsbygden i Mid Ulster i County Tyrone, 10 minuter från den lokala köpstaden Cookstown. 20 minuter från Dungannon och 30 minuter från Omagh.

Fastigheten har ett stort huvudbadrum med badkar och power-shower och ett badrum från sovrummet. Detta boende med självhushåll har alla moderna bekvämligheter tillgängliga inklusive kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, ugn, tvättmaskin etc. Alla rum har oljefyrda radiatorer med centralvärme med individuella radiatorstatistik för enkel temperaturreglering. Wonderful Respite!

We were on an extended family trip to visit ancestral places in Northern Ireland. Initially, I wasn’t sure how the ‘self-catering’ would be. This lovely home has an excellently appointed kitchen. Being located in this lovely country neighborhood just outside Cookstown ended up being the perfect central location for everything we needed! We did a day trip drive up to the Antrim coast for Dunluce Castle and Giants Causeway. Josie is a superb host! Payment instructions were clear and communication in advance was excellent. She welcomed us then met us as we were leaving, to ensure we had a quality stay. We made a new friend in Cookstown! If you can navigate country driving, this is an amazing and peaceful location.

Perfect setting in NI. Extraordinary property and host!

This was our first trip to Ireland and Josie and Brian’s property was our first stop during our travels for a stay of 5 nights. The location is an easy drive from DUB airport (Belfast airport would have been easy too) and Josie was so kind to let us check-in early as the previous renters had already departed. The house was immaculate, well furnished and very comfortable. Views from the house are beautiful and there are wonderful walks directly from the house. The house is situated in a perfect location to spoke out for day trips (The Giant’s Causeway, Ulster & American Folk Museum, and Lough Neagh to name a few of many possible excursions) Josie’s warm welcome made us feel completely at home and we all enjoyed our subsequent chats. Our group consisted of my aging parents, brother and teenaged niece— the house accommodated us perfectly. I hope to return with my husband and 2 adult sons on a future visit. Thank you Josie!

Fahy's visit to Cookstown

Great home, perfect location, everything we needed and above all the best host imaginable! Josie went out of her way to welcome us and prepare for us. We had arrived just days after storm Eowyn when much of the country was without power. She secured back up lodging for us just in case the power didn't return. We will definitely stay again if back in the area and highly recommend this lodging!

Perfect Relaxing Rural Home Base

We felt right at home in this comfortable, well appointed country self cater. Our host was helpful and easy to contact. The location, as described to us is ‘in the middle of nowhere in the middle of everywhere’. If you are touring N Ireland and want to be an hour from everything, the location is perfect with picture perfect rural roads to explore.I can’t say enough about how wonderful the host is and how well prepared she is, including a basket of much appreciated supplies

Wonderful place to stay . . . And centrally located too!

I was in Northern Ireland for a combination of business and pleasure that would take me to Belfast. Donegal, Banbridge, Portrush, and more. This place was perfectly located to serve as a central location. The house was clean, comfortable, warm, and inviting. The owner was absolutely delightful and responsive to my communications. Best of all, the owner really prepares for guests in a manner that demonstrates how welcome you are to stay there.

Warm Welcome, Peaceful Setting

Our first accommodation on our first trip to Ireland was like a story book. We had heard about Irish hospitality, and Josie meeting us at check in, having some food treats, and helping us figure out some tech issues made a great start of our trip. The accommodations were comfortable, well-appointed, and everything we needed was close at hand. It was a very peaceful setting next to a pasture where Mama mare gave birth to a foal the morning of our departure. It was a convenient drive for our three main destinations in the area - back to Dublin, to Belfast, and to Rathlin island to see puffins, then on to the rope bridge and Giant's Causeway. We would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful accommodation.

Fantastisch

Het mooiste vakantiehuisje dat we ooit hebben gezien, met aandacht ingericht, in een schitterende omgeving. Een warm welkom bij aankomst met bloemen en melk, wijn en jus in de koelkast. Er waren zelfs stroopwafels! Meer dan voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Josie is een top gastvrouw! We komen graag nog eens terug.

Cookstown Perfection

This property, the hosts, the home, the setting were all perfect. This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in and Josie and Bryan were the perfect hosts. They are truly wonderful people. Fabulous hosts and beautiful property

We had an outstanding experience here. We immediately felt welcomed and the hosts went out of their way to ensure our every comfort. We left as friends and we had a wonderful time getting to know the hosts. The location is perfect for exploring broadly in Northern Ireland. It is close enough for using Belfast or Dublin airports. The country setting is safe, quiet and turned magical when two foals were born in our yard in the last week. Three bedrooms can easily accommodate a multi generation family with a couple kids. We would definitely come back and you will love this place.

Lovely Easter weekend away

6 of us stayed in this beautiful cottage over the Easter weekend. The cottage is a perfect size, it was extremely clean and in a lovely quiet location about 10 minutes away from Cookstown. We all had a great weekend and will definitely be back soon. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic.

Josie was an extremely excellent host. The place was very spacious, well appointed. Easy access to all amenities, lots of excellent local shops in Cookstown. The place was very clean and Josie had also left us a little welcome pack which was very thoughtful. Extremely quiet and peaceful with excellent view of the stars at night. Will definitely recommend to people and we are hoping to come again next year. Thank you Josie for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Amazing Staycation in Cookstown

We have just returned from a family break at this beautiful property. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. Josie is such a warm host and we felt instantly at home in her beautiful house. She had also very kindly left us a wonderful welcome pack. Her attention to detail goes above and beyond what one might expect. The house was sparkling clean and I actually felt sad leaving !! However, we will definitely be returning! Thank you again Josie
