    1819 Carriage House - Choose this charming and comfortable converted carriage house for your vacation. It is on the same property as the 1819 House which is a 6-bedroom offering. It is an ideal choice those who desire private lodging, but still be near friends. This location is less than a 5-minute drive to the Dreams Park or to the shops, restaurant and Baseball Hall of Fame on Main Street in Cooperstown. There is ample off-street parking.



    The Carriage House has a covered private porch with outside dining and seating overlooking a very large yard.



    This home features an open floor plan and modern conveniences. It comfortably sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the second floor. There is also a half bath off the common areas on the first floor.



    Combine this with the 1819 House (a 6-bedroom home) to accommodate large groups.

    One well-supervised team party is welcome.

Outstanding experience staying here!

We rented the 1819 House and the Carriage house and couldn't had a better experience! Perfect location and all our guests thought the accommodations were perfect!

This house was awesome, clean and convenient to everything.

We loved everything about this carriage house. Everything was clean and the space was awesome. The two full baths and 1/2 bath was perfect--especially with having three girls on deck. I'm a runner, so I loved running in the surrounding area -- beautiful views, hills. If your son is there for Cooperstown, this house is very close by to the baseball park as well close to restaurants and the Baseball Hall of Fame Downtown Cooperstown. Also, Jason the host was awesome. When I had any questions or concerns, he contacted me back right away. I can't say enough about this great property. Great place

Great location.

The host was very friendly and meet us at the house to show us around. The house was very close to everything, which was great since my son was playing at Dreams Park. Plenty of room for family.

Great place and great location! 5 minutes from Dreams Park. We had record breaking heat the week we were there, and like most houses in the area, this house does not have central AC. On our second day, the portable units in two of the bedrooms stopped working and it was HOT! Jason was super responsive and came over right away. He got window units for those two bedrooms and they worked great! Before we got back from our 2nd game that night, our rooms were chilled and ready for sleep!Check in/out was easy, Jason was very informative and responsive and the location of the house was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place for your Cooperstown Dreams Park stay!

Great little cozy house on large property, with room to play outdoor games! Host was very friendly and there was great communication before and during visit. Very clean and perfect for nights after long days at the ball field. Very close to Dream Parks and Cooperstown. About a 25 minute drive to All Star Village, but an easy drive!

Great Experience

Place was clean and the owner was extremely cordial and accommodating. Our only complaint (not really a complaint, but preference) was that there was only one tv with no regular cable. Other than that, we highly recommend staying here.

Perfect space for all!

Several families stayed at the 1819 House + Carriage House for six nights while our kids played in the Cooperstown baseball tournament, and it could not have worked out better! We had 18 people total, and plenty of space for all of us. The tavern was a huge hit and perfect for feeding the whole team, and the yard got lots of use while we were there! From wiffle ball games to late nights around the firepit, we spent as much time outside as we could -- the weather was perfect! Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely recommend this property to other baseball families.

Property was wonderful, in a great location and had everything we needed! The communication was a bit overwhelming. Starting when I booked the property, months ahead of our stay, there was various communication through Vrbo, email, and text. Enough that I had trouble keeping all the information I was given straight and where I had received the information.I would suggest one form of communication and clearly laying out the rules and expectations for the property in the listing so they can be reviewed before booking.
