Sviten har också ett separat rum med två enkelsängar. Nedre våningen finns vardagsrum med 65 "smart / kabel-tv och gas spis, matsal, vardagsrum, 1/2 bad, tvättstuga och kök. Great house for Cooperstown Dreams Park. Easy drive of approximately 7 minutes to the Dreams Park entrance. Loved the en suite bathrooms. Loved the front porch. Loved the kitchen and backyard grill. Loved the wide plank wood floors. This is a great place to spend a week with a couple of other families. House was clean and well maintained.

We loved our stay at the Brewery Place Inn! Three families stayed together while our sons were playing in Cooperstown, and the setup of the house was absolutely perfect. Every family had their own space and bathroom, but we were able to converge together for meals. The house was decorated beautifully as well, and there were many different seating areas that accommodated our whole group. The brewery across the street was wonderful for a quick bite to eat and a game of wiffle ball. Our host Emily was very communicative and check-in and check out were both very easy. Highly recommend this place to future guests and hope we might be back one day!

We had a group of 9 adults so we spread out into 5 bedrooms, each had their own bathroom. The house had plenty of space for our group, we convened each night in the living room which we named the “parlor” for conversation and nightcaps each night. There are window units in every rooms and it definitely kept cool, even on a 90 degree day. The location is probably the best part, we loved the brewery across the street and another one down the street. Suited our needs well and the owner was super responsive.

Great stay- the house was cozy for our Thanksgiving trip. We only had 4 but we could have been comfy with 3x as many people given all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Host was responsive and everything was as described. Would stay again for sure!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was superb. We were so happy to be your guests.A couple things to note: there was a wad of gum on a blanket in the living room. There wasn’t a place for soap in the double bathroom.

Great baseball family house

We had 4 families and siblings stay for a week while our sons played at Cooperstown Dream park. The house is super convenient and is roomy, cozy, and comfortably decorated. It’s a lovely home. The brewery across street is great as is Ommegang half a mile away. I can’t recommend it enough!

Kitchen was very well equipped; great layout. Very convenient to Cooperstown. Would love to come back and just have a relaxing weekend never leaving the property.

Perfect for baseball tournament

This house was perfect for two families to enjoy the baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park. The pictures didn’t do justice to how great the house was. The owner was easy to communicate with and the location was great. We enjoyed several visits to the two breweries near by. Overall great experience!
