“I stayed here over the weekend for a convention being held at the hotel, CNY-Con. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the amenities (including the attached Beer Tree restaurant where we ate for breakfast, enjoyed drinks and Karaoke and picked up quick meals throughout the day) were excellent, and the location was safe and clean. 10/10 I will be re-booking another stay next summer for the same event.”

“The place is being remodeled and it's lot of mess all around in door and out door. Second breakfast was Continental not full service. But the rooms are big and new.”

“This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. “Rooms were clean, could update furniture and blue carpet needs to go. Personally I do would tile or engineered wood floors for help with clean up in pet friendly rooms. Nice large area to walk our dog. We would stay here again.”

“Our TV was having issues. If you attempted to change the channel, go into netflix, turn volume up or turn tv off it would either not work at all or would take up to 1 minute to work and then it would jump around. We thought it was the batteries in the remote sp exchanged for new batteries, still no luck. Spoke to the front desk and he came up to take a look. He called a technician and before the front desk employee could finish explaining what the issue was the tech said "thats a weather issue,...

“The room was very clean. Outside was cared for by staff picking up trash. Staff did a great job overall with signing in guests.”

“The hotel is situated in a good location. There is a few restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. My only complain is that there is no free coffee in the lobby. It is nice that they have it in the room but if the housekeeping doesn't clean your room you have to refill on the coffee or cups. Thank for the two bottles of water in the room.”
