“The lady in the reception was absolutely fantastic. I use a wheelchair and booked a room that on hotels.com was stated wheelchair accessible, this was not the case at all upon arrival. She went above and beyond to find a solution. We got to swop rooms with other kind guests checking in, this to find a room with more handlebars. It was highly appreciated by us.
