“The room we had was spacious, and there are nice outdoor sitting areas. Breakfast is placed in your refrigerator and in a basket the day before. If you are hoping for a charming Berkshire bed and breakfast with a cooked breakfast and interaction with your host, you will be disappointed. If you are satisfied with an unusually nice motel, you will be very happy."”

“We were out of batteries on both of our phones and the front desk personnel got upset when we called. We were about to sleep outside because there was no one at the front desk. Thank Goodness the chef was about to leave and help us otherwise we were going to be outside.”

“Best budget accommodation we have experienced in the region. Very comfortable with pleasing grounds, and an excellent location, just minutes outside of Great Barrington. Very clean, with a good shower and comfy bed. Limited amenities but signage indicated guests here have access to the offerings at the main inn nearby. Self-check-in worked fine, and in the morning we discovered the common room with good coffee, relaxing views of the garden and woods out the back, and an in-progress puzzle. ...
