“Judi breakfast lady on Saturday and Sunday stood out. Despite being busy she gladly washed my Yetti cup for me with a smile every morning of our stay. Great service. Judi never stops where do you find such great staff.”

“Plenty of options for breakfast, lots of free parking around hotel, close to shopping district and malls, walkable. Friendly helpful staff. However, Property not well maintained. Wear and tear showed in many places, both in the room and public areas. Didn't like smell of air freshener in room.”

“They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. ”

“I normally don't post reviews but decided to post one on this occasion because I felt that some of the negative reviews were deceiving. I stayed on the 2nd floor of the 4 story part of the Hotel. Nice room that was well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were a little small but a nice bonus and welcomed addition. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but there was one that was functioning on the first floor. The biggest surprise was the breakfast. Great...

“Staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean, hotel well kept. Breakfast was a 7 out of ten. Breakfast was continental however homely in charm”

“The positives: Clean bed, linens and overall general upkeep was good. The negatives: Some standard items that I would have expected were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. “Good breakfast. In the first floor you can reach your car strait from your french doors, making loading and unloading very fast and easy.”
