Dear Gabriel,Thank you so much for taking the time giving us a review.It means a lot to us to see that you have enjoyed your stay with us and that almost everything was to your liking.As you said, the parking is owned by a company called EuroPark, who we have a partnership with, so we can help the guests to register and pay through us.It is true that in our area there is another parking house that costs 150 DKK per 24h (Orient Plads), which is cheaper than the rate in the basement of the hotel (195 DKK / 24h).However, the signs in the basement are written in both Danish and English (just smaller letters in English below the sings). We also added extra signs in English for our international guests next to the doors to get in the hotel.We want to thank you for this time and we hope to welcome you back in the near future!
