Bra läge
Bra läge men svårt att hitta in i receptionen då namnet på hotellet inte stod i entren, dock hette de även 2 andra namn också. Rummet var en lägenhet, låg bra och det var skön säng. Trevlig bar och trevlig personal

We had a lovely stay here. It was so affordable and close to all shops and restaurants. Had a lovely breakfast just a minutes walk away in Ø12 as recommended by the receptionist. Only issue we had was the single, very small lift to rooms. We were on the 4th floor, and there only seems to be a stairs available for the 1st floor, so we ended up having to wait for the lift a good bit. But we just factored this in to our leaving times.

Great choice for our itinerary

J'ai séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Les chambres ont besoin d'un rafraichissement de même que la literie qui n'est pas en adéquation avec les 4 étoiles attribuées à l'hôtel. L'hôtel offre une consigne à bagage qui est très utile et gratuite. Il est situé à une petite dizaine de minutes à pied de la gare centrale. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter. Le petit déjeuner, disponible sous forme de buffet, est plutôt bon et la salle assez grande, ce qui évite toute cohue.

Purtroppo è iniziata male e ne sono capitate una dietro all'altra. Il loro profilo Expedia è stato hackerato e ho inserito il mio numero di carta, costringendomi poi a bloccare e rimanere senza per l'intero soggiorno. La prima sera l'acqua calda non c'era, non avevano altre camere da darmi. Se non altro hanno aggiunto la colazione per il giorno successivo, per scusarsi e questo lo ho apprezzato. Sempre durante la prima notte, alle 4 del mattino, qualcuno è entrato con una chiave nella camera. Per poi accorgersi che era occupata e andarsene. Alla reception mi hanno detto che era personale di servizio che effettuava controlli. Come fosse una giustificazione per quanto accaduto. Neanche mezza scusa. La stanza era un po' fredda, ho chiesto di controllare ma niente. Poco da salvare purtroppo. La camera ha ottime dimensione e l'albergo dovrebbe essere di buon livello. Sarò stato sfortunato io. Sicuro che l'esperienza sia stata contaminata da eventi fuori dall'ordinario. Tuttavia non tornerei.

Warm friendly cozy and welcoming
Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful hotel. The single rooms were spacious with comfortable larger-than-average single beds. Fabulous bar area for a much needed glogg after a chilly December day sightseeing.

Nice and cozy place with a charming atmosphere. Nice staff and an impressing bar. The room was big and nicely furnitured. Old pillows, not so comfy bed and a shower with almost no water pressure was disappointing.

Used to be better
Lots of finger and lips prints on the windows, yellow stains in the toilets and room clean up partially performed. Breakfast below Scandic standards.... Bikes for rent (while many similar hotels provide them for free for a better environment) Check in information provided to the bare minimum (had to raise basic questions about breakfast place and times, giving the impression we were deeply ennoying the guy) Both elevators not in line with our floor dohad to use stairs either up or down regardless of the elevator used... Provided us a room with communicating door (those are commonly known as poor soundproof) while they put a noisy family on the other side ..

A big disappointment
We were given a room on the 4th floor in the older section of the hotel. We had to lug luggage up a long flight of steps and then another three steps to get to the elevator. We had heavy bags and we are in our 70’s. And this after an exhausting day and a half of traveling. The receptionist did help me get one bag up. When we got to the room it was very warm. We were told the air conditioning would go on when the door was closed. It was a lie. There was no air conditioning. We found fans in the closet. Our room was situated in the front of the building. Across the street was an open air bar/music venue. The music was very loud. We asked the front desk when the music stopped. They said 9:00 pm or we can go across the street and complain. Tuesday night the music was going until 1:00 am. Very frustrating! We also asked at the front desk if there was a usb port in the room. We were told behind the night table. That too was untrue. There was no usb port. Why give out misinformation? The room was fairly comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Most help from the front desk was helpful. There was no grab bar in the bathtub nor was there a bath mat. Not very safe. I would not stay there again.

Manglende renhold på rommet. Dag 1: hengte renholdskiltet på døra fra morgenen av. Tilbake på rommet halv fire på ettermiddagen, og rommet var urørt. Måtte henvende oss til personalet for påfyll med toalettpapir. Dag 2: hengte opp skiltet fra morgenen av igjen. Skiltet hang fortsatt på døra da vi kom tilbake ca samme tid som dagen før, men søppel var tømt, ingenting annet var gjort på rommet.

Wonderful Stay at Fiftyseven Hotel
Fiftyseven Hotel in Copenhagen is a great place to stay. The hotel is very nice, breakfast is wonderful, and the location cannot be better. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice Little Spot
Overall, the hotel is quite nice. The room is small but clean and the shower was very nice. The hotel is in a great location and very quiet. My only complaint was that the room was hot and stuffy. They don’t have AC but they provide you with a little table fan. We tried keeping the windows open, but then cigarette smoke would come in from the garden area.

Overall a pleasant stay, room was a decent size but very basic, could do with modernising. Hotel lobby very pleasing on the eye and a nice bar to relax in. Great location for access to the train station and Tivoli Gardens.

We stayed 3 nights and the first night we heard some noises, so I couldn’t sleep. The next morning we asked the staff for a new room and they gave us a quiet room and a bottle of wine. I really appreciated that gesture, and hadn’t expected them to be so understanding. The rest of the stay was just great. We slept really good and the staff was super friendly all the time. We also loved the bikes we borrowed at the hotel. They gave us a lot of flexibility around the city!

For the price/location ratio, this hotel was excellent. Walking distance from all major spots, less than 10 mins walk from the train station. There are amenities like safe (but this is very small), kettle, fridge, iron, vanity kit, shower gel and body lotion. Bed was comfortable and big for a single. Room was warm. However, the room did show signs of wear: scuff marks and dents on furniture. Blind was hanging off on one side. But more unforgivable: cleanliness was lacking. There were white fibres on my carpet, crumbs on the desk chair and dust around the built in safe and on the towel heater in the bathroom. Not good enough and certainly not good enough for a 4* hotel. Hence a star taken off. Bathroom and sheets were clean though thankfully. I asked for a quiet room - got room 201 which was back facing and end of corridor, however I could hear the building’s extraction fans - this wasn’t very loud though and white noise was fine to drown it out and meant I slept well. There was a weird mechanical whooping sound I could hear periodically in the bathroom: that was annoying but tolerable as only in the bathroom and I didn’t spend that much time on there! Hotel is older so no double glazing and I could hear the occasional thumps and bumps but nothing too disruptive (I.e. I couldn’t hear my neighbours, kitchen, deliveries etc.). Left luggage room: this is accessible by anyone given a key card so I ask reception to hold on to my valuables.
